State Accounting College (STAN) is the university official who is in the shade of the Ministry of Finance. Financial Education Diploma Program organized by STAN aims to produce experts in finance with a particular specialization that has the knowledge, skills, and abilities and professional expertise in accordance with a specialization in order to meet the needs of employees and print management cadres of state finances on a unit- unit within the Ministry of Finance.

STAN is a routine USM College of Accountancy State (STAN) to filter out high school graduates from all fields of study / field of expertise to be able to continue studying in STAN. USM enrollment in Academic Year 2009/2010 STAN this time using the method of electronic registration (e-Registration) through the Internet and transfer files to the registration place of registration which has been determined.
In general, the flow of registration until the participant to obtain evidence of the examinee (BPU) is as follows:

   1. Applicants fill out the registration form e-registration via website http://usm.stan.ac.id
   2. Next registrants to deposit the registration fee for USM STAN 100.000, - (one hundred thousand dollars) to the Financial Administration Treasurer's account at Bank Mandiri BLU STAN Jakarta Branch Bintaro with 128-00-0554888-5 account number.
   3. If the Applicant has to deposit the registration fee USM STAN before filling Registration Form, please immediately fill out registration form completely and correctly, login with your username and password, fill out bank deposit information (bank deposit date, name of the depositor's bank, and deposit code / validation of bank) by clicking the Registrant Data from the User Menu and Edit Deposit Register.    4. Applicants access the site again http://usm.stan.ac.id to edit and complete the data bank deposit information.
   5. Evidence of Registration registrant to print after the data is valid and the data has been locked.
   6. Applicant came to the location of the registration file on the date specified in accordance with the choice of test location at the time of filling the registration form e-registration, with a file:
         1. proof of registration forms that have been printed (can be downloaded at the time of the e-registration process is complete).
         2. other required documents for verification by the committee files.
   7. At the time of day the file submission, applicants will get a Proof of Trial Participants (BPU) that will be used as proof of ongoing participation at USM.
