Synopsis tells the race car, Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson) and his best friend Mater truck going to follow the Grand Prix world championship. But on the way there, unexpectedly, Mater involved in a world of international espionage adventure. This causes concern Mater torn between helping Lightning McQueen menyelasaikan championship and his spy mission.
